That's the major reason I don't post my IM and keep it private. I'm not interested in anybody who's only hoping for cyber sex. I also don't do Craigslist for the same reason.

Yup. It's not so much that I'm offended, merely it shows that they are not someone I"d likely be interested in. It shows that in my perception, they are missing a great deal of the mental component of D/s, and are perhaps only really interested in it because it is kinky. Not the type I'm looking for...and most likely not the type that would be good enough for a dom for me.

I can't help it I have high standards and expectations....

AOL used to be notorious for stupid questions and people imming you with rude sexual scenarios. That has quit most of the time. However, I still answer anytime someone asks my height and weight with 3 ft. tall and 400 lbs. I figure I might as well weed out the fools and jerks right off. I still don't post too many specifics, those are for friends, not for idiots on the internet.

Sounds like typcial trollmail. Just delete and move on. No response neccessary. trolls get off on a response, so NO response [aka delete the trollmail and do NOT send any message to them] is the best response to them. If people react to them, they will keep it up. Why waste any more time on them that you already have?! trolls are loosers, treate them as such.
