I've never had my very own superhero collectible card!!

I did once own a shirt, emblazoned with the words:

"I am a Shirt."

I have never seen a message board that has any diversity in the people posting not have drama and people failing to act like they would in person. The more passionate people are the more passionate the responses and with anything that has sex either directly or indirectly affected you will also get some nut jobs.

At the same time letting another human beings you do not know, let alone cyber bits affect or control one’s emotions is not a reflection of the negative persons or the message board itself but the person who succumbs to those feelings.

I am sorry your experience is not how you would have liked it. I think though throwing everyone under the bus makes you more similar than different to the people you are probably upset with.

I think the only way to approach a message board is to take the good from it you can and ignore the rest. If you cannot ignore the rest then maybe a message board on topics like this is just not for you.

Thank you for your response, and this is true to some extent I do take the good with me, however I take the hurtful as well, I already admitted to being human and feeling both the good with the bad, and regardless of where hurtful comments come from the hurt is the same. Throwing you under a bus was not my intentions I dont pile everyone into the same category only those that have introduced t hemselves to me in such a fashion that they  need to feel the weight of the bus ...

I post at message boards where the typical hazing of new members includes comments and pictures that would probably make many cry.  The way to make it in those environments is to take it and give it back and become part of it.  If you can't take it perhaps you shouldn't be here.  This board is tame and highly moderated compared to some places where I post.

Brilliant!  Now to merchandise it.

what would piss others off.

There's your problem, if you think you're owned before you step foot inside the door, then every man and his dog will be on you in no time. 'Tell you what....tell them about the time you were a Socialist spy with the sole objective of undermining Western civilisation......they'll be running 'round like cats on hot coals,....they'll be far too busy to worry about what would piss them off.

Thank you Katy for at least the acknowledgement of hazing. My question is why does it take place at all? What good does it do ? Does it show who the leaders are? Well I am not running for a spot in leadership,so there is no need to stake out your spot for me. (speaking to the general public that is)

The trouble with thin skins is they tend to burst at the seams.

Nobody likes seeing what's inside a santa suit.

Oh wait, wasn't that the thread that got us here in the first place?

Thumbs up.
