Desperate.  Looks matter, age matters, race matters to some degree it matters, it's what's on the inside that counts the most, but, in the end, we want someone we are attracted too.  I would not be with someone I was not physcially attracted too, as well as emotionally, sexually, etc.  It's part of the package.

Age matters, you have to be less than 120 years old, I can't see myself with someone that is my grandmothers age, for fucks sake. And you have to be something that I don't have to use a posthole digger on to open up your old prune.........that sort of effort is for the young boys.

Race?  Yeah, you HAVE to be human.........TOS and all that shit.

Looks?  Remotely looking like a human, and having parts that are identifiably human and in at least near to the area  we are accustomed to seeing them in is going to be a big fuckin' help.......I am not as adventurous as I seem.

Other than that-----------------

What do you mean I don’t have standards, I make it 100% clear they must be good at cooking, cleaning and ironing!

It's blowjobs for me, in case I haven't made that clear as of yet.

I have to say, I'm INCREDIBLY picky on the things that are important to me.  I'm picky about age--10 years older or 5 years younger is pretty much my range, in part because (sorry--I don't mean to sound offensive), but younger men are just not at the same place in their lives that I am.  But race and looks are not a real issue for me.

For me, speed of conversation, intelligence, wit, humor, left-wing politics, the ability to dominate me and still have fun and silliness and affection are all crucial.  I also have my share of shallowness--I'm rarely turned on by men who have English as their second langauge.  I feel guilty about that becasue I know it is shallow, but I work with a lot of ESL people at work and it makes me start to think like work.  It is totally shallow, but it is true.  If I could wave a magic wand and not have that be an issue, I would.  But my magic wand broke.

Now, if he looked like Patrick Swayze in Dirty Dancing, and spoke like Morgan Freedman I wouldn't complain.  But that isn't central to what I need.

We want someone that remembers the who the Beatles, Jefferson Airplane and Janis Joplin  were and not by listening to you  tube. Someone that isnt young enough to be our daughter and not old enough to be our parent.

All that really only depends on what type of relationship you are looking for with that person. They may also thank you because you introduced them to some of this ancient musical taste. What I have seen most is that people of all ages surprise me in regards to what they like. Being born in a certain era does not always limit you to that era.

It isn't about the music per se, I'm guessing. It's about specifying a certain age because the events we have lived through have shaped our lives. The way the Great Depression was a commonality in my grandparents generation, WWII shaped my parents generation and for my generation such commonalities as the assasination of JFK, the Vietnam War, the moon landing.

I need those commonalities to have a relationship. We may not view them in exactly the same light, but we understand the importance of them in making our characters and personalities what they are.

Awww. =) With those 97 acres of yours, you can get away with being more picky then that, lol. If I wasn't already happily married, I'd work the HELL out of that acreage for you. HeeHee!

I think that's probably perfectly clear by now Ron and completely acceptable  I have yet to meet a man that has said they wouldn't want them, but if I did, they wouldn't be compatible with me! [8D]

MsPleasure -> RE: "Age, race, and looks unimportant" (12/8/2007 3:06:30 PM)

That attitude comes with age.  Wish I had it years ago.   It boils down to personality, what kind of person they are and how they treat you.  I've had subs from over 300lbs down to 160.  The big men and women can be sexy as hell and tend to go the extra mile...just because.

Looks fades quickly with the wrong attitude.

I usually take that as saying "I am not all the hot, so my standards have been lowered".

No, i think you might possibly be correct!  ;)

I agree!
