Hmmmm....now, I'm not so sure of that.  My rule is always "follow the money".

The advertisers have the money (follow me on this)....so that makes THEM the real infuencers....then again, if the advertisers send the owners of CM a check, is that really money until it's actually deposited?

RFLMAO, my comment was in context to her question of who pays the bills, and if it was the advertisers, do they pick the Moderators.........Collarme also decides who they will let advertise here and who won't so again...I would still say they are still in control, no matter who has the money to start off with..

It looks like on the BDSM world and mind everything works the opposite.. For instance love is shown by pain.. So if someone wants to subject another in anything that should be appreciative about it. W/we tend to chose the dark side of humor when W/we can. Is that correct?? Is that why there is so much arguing and bitchiness amongst us?? Anyway Guys, i know at least what W/we have to say W/we all pay our dues right before us with no hard feelings. What W/we like and what W/we do is all ticked on our profiles.. (i guess i have the least ticks of all), but at least W/we try to make it clear what we're into... You know what the funny thing is.... With me, its the people who take this all so serious. Doms/Dommes who are so evil, so mean, so selfish (so expensive) and have to be the baddest in the world. Subs/Slaves who are so compliant, I'll do more than anyone. I am sorry but I find the registering of slaves and rituals funny. I never needed them. Folks, its a relationship between 2 (or more .. see I'm open minded) people. We will all have to have vanilla parts of our life if we expect to live in this world. And guess what? i do agree 100% with You MMC!! Thats the point i always wanted to make!! Although W/we all crave and love to participate in the acts (play) subs to be as obedient as possible and the D's having to make or feel the dominance over the sub, all that sometimes can create tension and a very heavy atmosphere. Although W/we would love to be in fantasy i'm sure that there are times that W/we all would like to feel as free spirits. Dear DMCT i would have to blame CM for the one liners.. i was one those who have sent a number of one liners.. As one goes through the profiles on the "message to send" box it writes send a quick message to the person that i'm viewing.. So thats all i did... Send the quickest i could.. Whats the point sitting there writing Y/your life's history to someone that does not find Y/you appealing?? Lets face the truth shell W/we?? If someone's mug or body doesn't appeal to one no message will get them no matter how it has been composed... Its funny how people tend to talk about the intro message allot but they would never say how many one liners they have accepted if lets say the picture looked good on the profile that sent the message.. It has happened to myself on a number of occasions and at one stage i was caught up for 7 months on an online relationship of all it stated was "Hi sweetie" (i guess thats all a D needs to hook up a silly sub)
