I prefer to think of myself as "multifaceted". While mindless objectification, mindless fucking, and otherwise generally acting out on a variety of neurotic obsessions and compulsions is definitely the fun part of all this, as human beings, we have other requirements and concerns.

The main reason I'm in here, and why I prefer to remain firmly embedded in this subculture is the fact that there are so many interesting and multifaceted individuals to be found - and kinky sex too! What's not to like?

Not to say that the example is not a valid scene, but I don't personally feel that a mere combination of hydraulics and self centered conceit as being any kind of firm basis for a healthy, ongoing, mutually satisfying relationship - and that doesn't just go for BDSM.
