Punnishment...two N's are one?

Status: offline 		Besides the spelling, which I suck at, what is a submissives worst punnishment? (I'm guessing two nn's at this juncture, when it comes to the spelling of the word?)
Please, please do not say deprivation and ignoring, every good Dom knows that.
I want physical punnishment.
What do you hate?

I need some additional ideas to be the best enforcer of discipline that I can be.
I'm tired of saying "This will hurt you more than it will hurt me, Love, but you must be spanked."

Yeah right, no wonder she keeps disobeying.

Status: offline 		it was a great attempt and i can understand why you think 2 n's but it's actually 1...punishment.
and i have no answer for you as of yet as far as physical punishment but i know for me public humiliation works great! discovered that the hard way.

I love all the things that Thorns uses on me....He does not punish me with them....but! if He was to take a cane for instance(something that i very much enjoy)and decide to use it as a punishment..........His intent behind that is what makes the difference.

Status: offline 		I hate....and I mean H-A-T-E tickling. I can't handle it. I've always been extremely sensitive. Everywhere on my body is ticklish if done properly (the tops of my hands, my nose, every weird little place). I can't stand it. It drives me nuts, and not in a good way. It's intensely painful.

hate?
this slave absolutely hates waking up with a migraine--it sucks, ruins the whole damn day, just gets worse as the day progresses and by noon, the nausea has turned to outright puking, so one vascillates between the bed and the bucket.....worst part about the whole migraine is it is completely disabling, there is NO level of function and is equivalent to being sidelined from actively serving and from life in general. if Master knew how to inflict a migraine, as punishment, it would fall under the hated category, as much of a masochist as this slave is, she hasn't figured out how to turn that "bad" migraine pain into "good" pain, just techniques for avoiding some of the triggers and remedies for lessening the symptoms.

physical punishment?
this slave has not had many physical punishments, so some of these suggestions are purely conjecture, however they would definitely be something this slave would hate to physically do.

1. going to a "fitness club", alone, running on the treadmill, sitting in the sauna listening to the vanilla women.

2. putting on vanilla clothes and make-up, as if this slave was going to work at the vanilla office and having to stay in them all day until bedtime. (verrrrrrrrrrrrry physically uncomfortable--especially the bra and panties)

3. standing in the corner(nose to the wall).

4. being "released" of this slaves daily activities, in other words,denial of the opportunity to serve. being instructed NOT to serve in any capacity for a period of time, would be very physically frustrating(in addition to the mental anguish).

there are many forms of discipline, this slave has been physically disciplined with the same implements that Master has used on His slave for pleasure, however, this slave knew the difference, in her MIND, and that alone made it impossible to feel pleasure from the infliction of THAT pain. a spanking or caning is the "least" worst in that it is OVER quickly, much more so than any of the agonizing suggesestions presented above.

seriously, tired of saying?
instead of the physical punishment being something that YOU are doing TO her, perhaps it could be something physical that SHE dislikes doing, or restricting her from something physical that she enjoys for a punishment period. (seriously, it is a method of discipline that has worked and still works for this slave with regard to unmentionables and assorted pets.)

Status: offline 		well my late master had this small cutting board and when he took that out i knew i was going to be in some pain it hurt when he used it on my ass. I guess it could have been worse it could have had holes in it.

Status: offline 		Well, i love physical punishment like spankings and floggings but if i'm not in the mood for it, it doesn't feel good at all. The worst punishment for me has been kneeling on uncooked rice. i wasn't on it that long and it hurt like hell. i had rice marks in my knees. my knees were still red the next day too.

Status: offline 		have you ever tried taking the herb Feverfew for your migraines? i know there are many "processed" feverfew tablets available, but i swear by the "4 leaves, rolled and swallowed like pills" process ( do NOT chew these leaves lol!)...................there is scientific backup for feverfew's efficacy with migraines.

Status: offline 		This won't sound tough at all, but given some time it's quite effective. Have your sub kneel in front of a wall and hold a quarter in place against it with his/her nose. If the quarter moves too far or falls, start over.

The slave I was with at the time ignored me when I called out to her, yes she did hear me but was enjoying her conversation at the time. I walked over to her and grabbed her by the hair then dragged her to the middle of the room and made her kneel. I then bent over and whispered in her ear "You have disappointed me." I then walked away to the edge of the room and sat down as she began to cry. All her friends rushed over to her then came over to me asking if she could get up now. I just said that I hadn't told her she had to stay. Then my slave surprised me and crawled over to me begging my forgiveness, promising never to do it again, I kissed her and she then stayed knelling at my feet, her head in my lap as all her subbie friends glared at me, saying what a rotten bastard I was. All in all a good evening.

I'm assuming this wasn't at a typical munch at a vanilla restaurant?

As a subbie, I don't like the cane - I don't like how it feels at all, so it's an appropriate punishment for me. OUCH!!!! If you find something your subbie/slave dislikes that's not a hard limit, use that. It' effective.

My former Master use to take ice and apply it to preasure points leave it there just long enought to where it started to burn and I would get a good chill, then move it to a different presure point. Repeating the process untill I was thourghly chilled. After the first couple of times of hin doing this just the sound of ice hitting the glass was enough to make me straighten up and beg for mercy.
