Probably for the same reason that men think that because women have girly parts that girls must want to sleep with them.

Status: offline 		Im sorry your experiences with Doms is this way....I am one to admit, alot of men tend to think they own someone immediately...tends to give us certain ones that are not that way, a bad rep......i know most subs/slaves dont view all men/Doms this way, being in the lifestyle for any length of time...but, not all Doms are like that......and im one of them.....i agree, its about respect, listening, and understanding...communication especially too.

Status: offline 		Listen I have been a Domme for 23 yrs,My husband has been a Master for 25,Respect is earned,it is not a given,you need to understand that unfotunately,just like in any lifestyle there are going to be be ppl who think they know everything,ppl who think its ok to use and abuseppl who think that your submission isnt a thing to be treasured and used as a wonderful gift to them,but as a toll to get them off(pardon the expression)We have done 24/7for many years now,and though it is nice to come here and chat with others,we have found that our breed of Dom is slowly dissappearing,the old ways and true relationship between Dom/Domme and sub/slave have flown the coop,our girls have come back to us many times,though happy in their lives,needing our guidance and wisdom,which has become a thing of the past.I wish you the best of luck in all of your ventures here.Ladytosirdragon
