Status: offline 		Over the last decade there appears to be a swing to a lack of mutual concern for both sides of the slash. I refer to the "D"'s concern as to whether their "s" has received any gratification sexually by their D/s interaction, wheather it is based on B/D or S/M

How does it go for you? er assuming that your Sir or Master does not read the boards.

Status: offline 		Well, my Sir reads these boards when I show him something or I recite something I read or a response to it. He enjoys talking about things and he enjoys my openness and how I "tell on myself" to others and him. But he doesnt go on while alone.

My Sir is very concerned about my gratification. He thinks the O ratio should be in the least 2to1. 2 for me to his one. I think thats pretty awesome. To have someone whos satisfaction comes from your satisfaction. I am a very happy little girl.

Status: offline 		I agree with your Dom I feel the same way I am a One hitter Quitter once I cum I am Drained so I try to get her off as many times as I can I really shoot for the extended Orgasms rather than the little eruptions and then that way when I cum we are both spent. If we finish and she still wants more then I think I failed somehow.

Status: offline 		Sir isnt really an orgasm control guy, if i have one great if i dont well that doesnt bother him either, but then thats kinda mitigated by the fact that girlie and i have our own time together, though he is ultimatly in charge we are still encouraged to spend time alone and what not so i still get the big o fairly frequantly, also i have my rabbit ;)

This is what is has developed into for us. I do not cum without permission, and if it is granted and I do not have one, that is a disappointment also. It is not for everyone, and it took some getting used to, but having finally adjusted to orgasm control,  my orgasms are far more intense than they once were.

Well I don't know (and only care in a WTF kinda way) about other people and their concern and their slash... but getting the big "O" in substantial numbers on a regular basis is too important to me to be with someone that doesn't care about that.

For some it isn't about the "O", it is about what it represents... which is control

For others it is a deep seated drive to want to see their partner orgasm and that pleases them.

For others it is about their ego soley, and for those sorts, they would not mesh with me.

I did not realize how important my orgasms were until I was denied one

He never has trouble getting it up. Sometimes its just not going to go down. The thing that is great to me is those times that he knows he has held off too long to finish himself, he never considers it a failure or unsatisfying, His satisfaction comes largely by mine.

Status: offline 		The Big O, or actually Multiple O's are necessary for me to be happy. I would never be, could never be with someone who did not want me to have as many O's as possible as often as possible. Since most men are not capable of achieving the breadth and scope of my kind of  O's, they are usually awestruck and like to see it happen frequently.

I am not a believer in O denial, obviously.

Status: offline 		I orgasm with Master's permission only.  Sometimes throughout a scene he holds me off awhile, not permitting me to cum until he's ready.  But he's not stingy - easyily a 2:1 ratio, if not higher sometimes, with me being the higher number.     Since he's been holding me off from cumming, they've become more intense for me, which is a lovely side effect.

In our relationship my O's are my responsibility. If i happen to have one while He is using me, all the better, but for the most part my O's are left for me to deal with.

Status: offline 		actually i've noticed much the opposite of what the OP claims, and it was beginning to bother me so much that i made a topic addressing it a while back. most Dominants seem to either want to use the submissive's sexual drive or orgasm as an element of control, or they simply wish to please their partner in that way. it has been rare in my experiences to encounter a Dominant who did not care one way or the other, or who believed in permanent denial. personally i consider myself very lucky to have found a Master who is an exception to the rule. He is not wrapped up in a female's orgasm or sexual response...his concern is my serving him to the best of my abilities and with passion always, and of course getting his own needs and desires satiated to the utmost. for the most part he does not care about my arousal one way or the other (fine if it happens, fine if it doesn't), and on occasion he simply wants me to suffer and would be very displeased if i happened to be aroused. which is more than fine with me as i find it very uncomfortable for someone to be focused on my sexual response or to try to demand or force something from me that's just not ever going to happen, because of the way i'm wired.
