Just kidding! I do think that some posters should have their probation ended now, though. It would lighten the load for the Mods and make some of the threads much more dynamic. As we say in England: Once a Mod, always a Mod.

No, your not the only one.[:D] The way I look at it is this.........I don't own this site nor do I contribute anything financially to it. That pretty much removes any right I have to bitch. The mods volunteered for their jobs. Do I think they are all masochists? Absolutely! Do I always agree? Of course not. I do my thing they do their thing and sometimes our things don't quite jell with one another. C'est la vie!

It is true, everyone that does work here on the site, with the exception of the owners, are volunteers, after all, who here feels they are paying enough of a monthly fee to give a salary to ANYONE? It would be easier on the mods, if others (looks at a poster somewhere up above) would stop continuing to sneak in when told they had hit their limit of spanks, and tries to make it even harder for the volunteers here, because that poster (meaning generically, not a specific poster) in their self thought omniscience has the deluded thought that the site should be run the way THEY want it to be.Never mind that that poster contributes nothing to the site but sometimes good posts, but needs to be babysat...they do not waste hours of their time poring the forums for those that need to be reminded of TOS, they watch tv if they want. They do not spend hours looking at all kinds of unimaginable pictures, to be lambasted anonymously because they are human and might have missed one that was in fact acceptable, or bitch because one that isn't THEY felt should be approved..they are doing another activity at that moment that is enjoyable to them. They get on the boards when they want to, but they feel they have unalienable rights they do NOT have, because this is a private board. Kudos to the OP, by the way, for bringing this up, as he was unhappy with the site a few days ago, and it seems that the site, unlike what is purported, DID take notice and recognize that he had a valid point(some do, some don't have valid points according to the rules that bitch about the site). When someone gets spanked, the only way others know it is if :1) they run their mouths complaining to everyone in earshot, 2) get spanked repeatedly enough to get put on moderation or get spanked enough to be asked nicely to leave the site. The reason everyone else gets such a skewed view of who does and who doesn't get spanked, is the adults receive it, digest it, and move on, or admit as they have here, that there was a valid reason for doing so.

everytime I had gotten modspanked, I've deserved it. And I have to agree with the general consensus, that the mods do a kick ass job, and deserved to be applauded, (at the very least. I think the owners of the site should give them something as a reward.)
