~FR~ A Dominant friend of mine used to have a female pastor of a church come to him semi-regularly for "absolution". From what he says, the sessions were very intense per her request. Makes me wonder about the "demons" of the ordained [8\|]

My former Pastor and hope to be my Pastor used to tell me in a jokingly manner that he was going to send a Deacon with a whip if I did not come to church. I smiled real big, and said, send them all. lol But on the other hand, this reminds me of the new former governor in New York who is facing major prostitution charges. Abuse of power would definitely come in to my opinion and not to mention the porn opportunities and assult and battery charges that could pop up later. Those who mention finding a costume for someone to dress up in just don't get the respect I have for the pastor. It is the respect I give the pastor which draws me to thinking he would be an appropriate person to spank me...the same respect my father got when I was growing up. Dressing up like a pastor and hearing a "FABULOUS LISP" out of him would just ruin the effect each spank would have. Those who want to "define" discipline as being in control of your own life need to realize that the church wants to have control of your life. Someone being in control of your life is NOT your "self-discipline" you describe so preciously. Discipline is a consequence for actions. If you need a consequence for an "action" then it should be an "action." Spanking is an action. God will know the consequences of my beliefs and I believe that my actions should be controlled...hence disciplined...and therefore spanked... Please, do not comment on this if your IQ is under 100. (that would be 75% of the responses I've seen so far)

OP - I seriously suggest that instead of asking the pastor if he'll spank you, you ask him what he meant by the word discipline. I know quite a few Lutherans.
