There are several valid definitions of the word discipline.  Why are you only willing to accept one of them?  I suspect that it is because any other ruins your fantasy.
I don’t agree that the church wants to control your life.  Most churches want to guide your spiritual path.  The rules are set out and then each member is expected to have the self discipline to not stray from the path.
I don’t believe you are looking for correction in your desire to be spanked.  You want it too much; therefore you are seeking a reward for bad behavior.   I’m betting your pastor would see through you pretty quickly.

Status: offline 		What a horrible question to pose to your pastor.  Even if he were ameniable, it would be a travesty to the church if it occured.  It would also be an abuse of position if he were to discipline you in this way. 

My suggestion is that you find a partner, have them dress as your pastor and satistify your desires through role play.  As your Pastor has a responsibility to respect you, you also have a responsibility to respect him, his position, and the church.  Protect the church by simply not asking.

Okay... as one raised in the Lutheran church and the other half of my family in the Roman church let me tell you that the CHURCH does not want to control your life, the Church wants you to submit to the control of GOD alone.

If the consequence of an action should be an action then why would you think it appropriate to be passive in your discipline?  You think the pastor should administer the action while you happily enjoy the rewards of such?  Even in the Roman church, penance is carried out by the penitent, not by the priest.  Even where corporal mortification is recommended, the pain is administered by the penitent themselves.  What you have, since no one is able to say it, it a case of obsession that should be dealt with by a health professional.

Actually, what the heck are you thinking here?  Asking if you should ask your pastor to spank you?  Where the heck do you get the notion that Pastors go around spanking people for Discpline?  I think you are mixing too much BDSM into day to day life.   Why don't you go find yourself a Domme, Dom, Switch or somebody who's into spanking you to just spank you.
