When I lived in Altoona, PA we used to laugh about Dr. Grab, who named his son Peter.

I also know a very, very nice lady named Velvet Hooks.

I went to grade school and high school with a girl named Tequila and her sister was named Brandy.

Also at my high school was a girl with the last name Hooker, thankfully her parents gave her a very normal first name.

Okay I have shared this before so you may have already heard this.

I went to school with a girl who's name was Pronounced Sha-Thade but Spelled Shithead

I knew two girls named January one was January Payne and the other January May

I have dated a Fredina who went by Fred, It was always funny to say "I was pounding away at Fred" and have people gasp

My Kid Brother has dated the following:
"Boaner" which is an Anagram of her real Name Breaon
Tonya Tinydancer Her Mom was a Fan of Elton
Sid and NO it wasn't short for Sydney
Falcon -No Story cause I thought she was AWSOME

And who ever dates my lovely Midget will be going out with a Jashaia (Ju-Shy-Uh)

Unfortunately... I have a terrible name.

Wyme pronounced Why me. Yes i've heard every joke in the book related to my name. I do have to say my name has got to be the most used phrase in any language. Everyone at one time or another has said my name.

Fast Reply - A gentlemen came into the store where I was working once and left his business card for my boss. The name Dick Seaman was printed on it.

At my high school, my biology teacher was Richard Sizelove, and yes, he went by Dick (those of you who listened to Bob & Tom in the early to mid 90's should recognize the name ... he won a car at a Pacer's game and they talked about his name for weeks - we all got in trouble for taping it and playing it between classes LOL).

My Mom dated Merry Christmas's younger brother, and taught a Candy Cane (mom and dad let the older brothers name her ... poor thing).
We also had Strawberry Fields at our high school (she was Holly's cousin).

For our names, Mom had heard to do something to make sure the name wasn't horrible. Before putting the name on a birth certificate, say the sentence "I, (insert full name) take (John/Jane Smith) to be my lawfully wedded (husband/wife)" ... if the name you've chosen sounds horrible, don't use it. Of course, that didn't stop her from giving my older brother an absolutely attrocious middle name ... Laverne (it's a family thing).
