Did it to one woman.... we both loved it... I thought it was incredible to do.
Cant do it with my current sub... shes too tight and cant really get her into
the right headspace but we are working on it.
My sugestion to you on wether or not to do it if that is part of the questions...

Status: offline 		my experence is lube lube and more lube. Also that some women are not built right for it. Go ahead and try, couple of fingers, then add one, add lube, add another, add more lube. keep it up until you cant take any more or his fist is inside you. the first few times there will be pain, listen to your body, when you need to stop, communicate it.

It takes time....practice....time.
 
Some are able to laying on their back, their side or up on all fours...
 
People here have left you some good suggestions...communicate whats going on with...you, not just your body but whats going on in your mind as well.

Status: offline 		I have a lot of experience as fistee and fister. I've always enjoyed it, and enjoyed doing it. While I have only been fisted vaginally, I am interested training my sub male for anal fisting.
Lube is great! More lube is even greater!
Orgasms first are ALWAYS good...they relax the muscles.
Also..the easiest position is on all fours...it allows the pelvic floor muscles to relax more.

Status: offline 		i'm in the yes, it's been done to me vaginally crew, though it's only been done successfully by a woman with small hands; so, even though i've gone through child-birth, regardless of what others will tell, not everyone is able to be vaginally fisted(it's a matter of whether or not the pelvic bone will shift to accomated the fist or not, or so i'm told). oh, and i enjoyed it very, very, very, very much!!!!!!!!!!!! except of course, when she panicked and got stuck inside of me and her dom had to calm both of our asses down and instruct us how to get that thing out of me!!!!!!!

anally, i'm not going there; i happen to like not being anal incontinent and that's another one of those subjects that's pretty arguable; i for one am not taking my chances in that area.

as far as the techniques; i couldn't tell you, i'm the bottom and didn't need to know anything except whether or not it felt good, so i can't help you out there, sorry!

Status: offline 		i love being fisted so far. BUT, the man had a smaller hand. my Dom has large hands and i am a bit afraid to ask Him to do it even though i want to.
i have never did it anally, ouch!
It started out really slow, lots of lube, working the fingers in one at a time, finger fucking, rubbing the "G-spot".  Took about an hour the first time.  The second time we tried, it didn't happen, i was too tight that time!????  The third, not very long.

Status: offline 		I love being fisted, granted I'm gay but one gf had rather large hands!

I ALWAYS insist on gloves, they help keep the lube from being absorbed and prevent tiny lacerations developing into nasty infections.  Keep nails short or put plenty of cotton wool in the tips of the gloves.  Be horny and wanting it! If you're nearly ready to cum it's much easier. 

The fister should be guided by the fistee and should stop if it's uncomfortable.  The fister should form a duck bill shape with their fingers (already well lubed) and then splodge tons more lube down their fingers, like a funnel.  Be prepared for resitance as they go past the tight ring of muscle.  Pushing down towrads the anus to get more space (the pubic bone doesn't move, the pelvic floor muscles will). A vibe on the  clit works a treat too As the fister gets in, gently curl the fingers round to form a fist.

Some fisters report a massive suction as the vagina balloons out to accommodate and air gets stuck.  If you need to, slide a finger in to break the suction when it's time to pull out (which should be done SLOWLY).

Rocking, swivelling and gentle thrusts work a treat, for some it's enough to just stay there, others like to be punch fucked.  The fistee's in charge, just enjoy and communicate!

Oh and be prepared for massive ejaculatory orgasms... yum!

I was with a lady at one point, that wanted that from....me.
 
She was very patient, she knew what she was doing...we trained and trained over a  long period of time.
 
It was something I was willing to give....her.
 
There was an afternoon...I knew it was about to happen...my MIND raced...it was SCREAMING in my head, I PANICKED  and used my safe word.
 
That was the only time I safed out....in 4 yrs.
 
So much of it is in the *mind*....
 
We never persured it again.
 
Thats a whole different ball game verses the vaginal fisting...

i prefer virginal fisting, to me breathing it important as well, i often pull Masters fist into me with spasms, lube is important yes but so is breathing

Status: offline 		I ditto ThundersCry in that it is all in the mind.  My man is into this (vaginal fisting), and I'm nervous but curious, we've worked on it once, didn't make it all the way, but it was an interesting experience.  I have a very vivid, visual imagination, so when he jokingly said 'I'm in up to the elbow already' (in reality it was 4 fingers), I freaked out and hyperventilated, and though I calmed down and wanted to keep trying, it just broke the headspace and my muscles weren't as relaxed any more so we stopped.  Still, it was an intensely intimate experience that emphasized trust and surrender in a beautiful way for me. 

Hoping to have more to add at some point, but so far it seems very important to be as completely comfortable, relaxed, and aroused as possible, physically and mentally.

Fists are (much) bigger than my poopy hole.

Fists are (in this circumstance) for inward movement.
