You are not eating enough. You are starving your body so much that it thinks it needs to hold onto the fat. I don't know if you have access to it. Maybe you could find some information, but Curves has a great food & exercise plan that will help boost your metabolism back up. You need much more of the right kinds of foods. And if all you can manage is a short walk every day, even for 10 or 15 minutes, you can always add more time as you start to feel better. Leslie Sansone is one of my favorite at home walking exercise coaches. She has some one mile walking exercises you can do right in front of your TV for under 20 dollars. When I first started using her workout, I would say ouch all through the kick backs, but it was only a matter of a couple weeks before I could do them easily. Have you shared your food plan with your doctor? Or a nutritionist? You have some great food choices on there, but it really isn't enough.
