Are the above quantities good for a day, a week, or a month ;-p ? no idea..i just ate my sandwich at lunch...and my bowl of cereal with yogurt (2-3 packs) at dinner... what i ate is no where near enough veggies but definately the other stuff. plus 3 bottles of water. with some form of junk food inbetween. a chocolate bar or chips.
