Well...I personally would suggest waiting until they heal.....everytime I have an UM....I end up leaving more blood than poo in the toilet for about 6 months. Go find you some witch hazel and a bottle of colace. Eventually, if they arent the major serious type, a few months of avoiding straining on the loo and soaking yer bum in witch hazel and you should be good to go...or at least it always works for me....go slow, use lots of lube, start with small plugs and work your way up. You may have periods of time for the rest of your life where they get aggravated and then you have to go back to the colace and witch hazel and lay off the anal for a bit.

colace is over the counter, the generic is just as good as the brand name, great stuff, just a stool softner....no cramping or anything, just keeps from having tr strain which aggravates the hemmorroids..
