People have long distance relationships thats not really the point, but if as you say you are looking in a small area for a specific thing then maybe that doesnt exsist in your area? Maybe you are going to have to compromise?

Also you can edit or delete out when someone qoutes you or copies your post.

You can also forward anyones post into someones mailbox... as proved by doing this...

Oh, I don't know. It looks like there's lots of material, ripe for the picking, right there in the personals section of the Charleston Craiglist. Look under the personals section, then choose "Casual Encounters" then "M4W". There's LOTS.

Hey I'm with you MissSepphora. To many ppl it seems shallow to have your approach - especially to most ppl here, because they are generally pretty serious about longer term relationships. Which is why they may seem somewhat hostile to your view.

Closer, or longer term, relationships are great fun and take time to build; but that's not what I understand you to want at all in this context. So if you just want a bit of quality short term physical fun wouldn't it be good to be able to arrange it quickly, simply, easily with no hassle. I sympathise.

I can also understand ppl - especially on CM, where most ppl are looking for relationships, or where they may lack confidence - wanting to ask more questions.

But to respond to your post - is your view wrong? In my view not at all.

What You seek is of course not wrong for You; nevertheless a good many folks go into a situation thinking they can be the "one" who can change the other, making them as well as the relationship what they feel is best suited for both folks involved.

i'm with califchick...perhaps you should try craigslist. people don't ask questions there, as a general rule. there's also a lot less expectation of having any sort of d/s connection - it's just sex with maybe some spanking or bondage.

personally, i like to know about even my "fuck buddies" - the one person besides my master that i have regularly had sex with, i know pretty well. actually, a lot of the time we spend together is talking about stuff that's going on with us, not just sex. and it's fairly vanilla, so i'm not even trusting him with tying me up - if i were meeting someone for a play date, you best believe i would at least know a little bit about them...if not only for my safety, for my personal curiosity. then again, i'm rarely interested in people who feel the need to hide themselves and i tend to connect more with people whose lives are integrated.

also, just a note - most munches ARE at restaurants. how does being at a restaurant make it less of a munch? the one munch i've been to here, there were only 8 or so people. i mean, i know i'm in a relatively small town where bdsm people are generally quiet and not real out there...but from what i understand in talking to others, my experience at munches isn't really all that unusual.
