This is a very expensive turboprop aircraft that has a direct operating cost of over $550 an hour, which is his personal toy, so this guy has some serious bucks.... He saw a black man preflighting a Cessna 310 and said "well fancy that a flying coon"... The African American man in question I recognized as a NASA astronaut, and I pointed out that he was a space shuttle pilot. Rather then being embarassed my student remarked "I thought they were done shooting monkeys into space before they sent John Glenn up." I was in a BBQ resteraunt in Vidor, Texas when two cops, one white the other black, pulled in for lunch. (Vidor is a sunset town) The white DPS officer (Texas equivelant of a "State Trooper / Highway Patrol") was told "You can stay but yer ape has to stay out in the car..." Surprisingly both cops left - with nobody arrested. `Pasadena PD will literally beat you to death if you piss them off, a few months ago nooses have been hung in Pearland HS as their statement on the Jenna Six incident, there was the dragging death in Jasper a couple of years ago, last year there was the kid up in either Spring, Conroe, or the Woodlands (I forget which) buttfucked with a patio umbrella at a graduation party for kissing a white girl,,.. As recently as 1981 - several hundred armed Klansmen openly descended on Kemah and Seabrook to drive the Vietnameese shrimp fisherman out. (Hence the Bruce Springsteen song "Galveston Bay") So West Virginia by no means has a corner on the racism market and I think that if the white west virginians wont vote for Obama there are probably 10 times more racists in Texas. Then of course there is Lousiana (home of David Duke and where the Jenna Six incident happened), Arkansas where the Natl Klan is headquartered, Mississipi, etc.... I REALLY do not think Obama is the least bit electable! That aside however, I DO believe he is a muslim. Even his "Christian Preacher" is awfully chummy with Farrakhan of the "Nation of Islam" (Note thats not "the nation of baptist" ;)

By the way, I would vote for Obama before Clinton, because I hate Hillary Clinton. I wouldn't vote for Obama in any other case, because he is the most liberal Senator we have. Now, to counter all those who say that white republicans are all racist, I would just like to say: my dream candidate is Condi Rice.

I am a woman and have flip flopped back and forth between all three of them. Hilary's momentum picked up too late largely due to Bill's involvement in the campaign. put condi rice and colin powell on a ticket and they'd probably do pretty well in the office. i honestly don't see why anyone is remotely surprized by this outcome. i'm white, three of my kids are black and in this supposedly enlightened day and age we get it from all sides. whites that think they should have been adopted by "their own kind" and blacks who tell my kids they're not black enough because they have white parents. until humans stop breathing, someone will always be prejudiced against someone else for some stupid reason. Him talking about his heritage and the choices he made growing up does not in any way approximate "the race card." On the other hand, Obama's opponents who mine his black past and black associations to scare "white voters" or to impute Obama with an ethnic agenda --- are playing "the race card." (Guilt by association.) Obama doesn't talk about his past to gain an advantage or to put whites on the defensive, he talks about it to reveal who he is. Naturally the revelation is going to be, "I'm a black man." The question is, can white voters realize he's a black man and still vote for him? WV suggests that uneducated whites can't. Your response is a swing and a miss here, because you have evinced no fundamental understanding of what the "race card" is. Obama is not running as a "black" candidate or with a "black agenda" or with an anti-white bias --- he's running as a black man. This simple immutable fact is why he lost in WV, that and the fact that Clinton has played the race card against him (Reverend Wright). The opponents of Lincoln, when he ran for President used a similar tactic to spook voters, claiming that Lincoln "supported" John Brown.
