LOL The ignorance as to exactly what constitutes a "war crime" astonishes me... Furthermore, ONLY THE LOSERS face war crimes tribunals. Ok even WW2, if Hitler had won, Mengele et al would be heros not war criminals. Patton would have been standing in front of the tribunal not Guehring.... In case anyone missed the video, Saddam Hussein is dead.... Nothing has happened over there that is a war crime... There have been some individual violations of the UCMJ but no senior officers have been charged - much less the President!
When it comes to investigating "war crimes" the FBI can kiss my ass. As a military officer, and I know many others would share my sentiment (except of course Komrade Kerry) if some FBI pussy came to MY combat zone investigating ME or MY men I would see to it that all he was told would be to get the hell back to the states before he had an encounter with some sniper fire or hit a mine driving out to the airport before he had a chance to file his report. The military has its OWN investigative services - NCIS for Navy, USMC, and (I believe USCG) The army has the CID, and I dont know what the Air Force has. But the FBI should mind its own fucking business when messing with military personell in a combat zone because its dangerous out there and accidents happen.  NCIS wouldnt take those accidents too seriously either, except to be pretty pissed off that the FBI was treading on its turf which it guards viciously. The FBI should stick to what it does best, like ignoring tips from flight instructors about non-pilot arab guys who want to practice flying into buildings but who dont want to know how to take off or land trying to buy 757 simulator time in cash!!! (Yes that actually happened and the instructor was ignored!)
So as for the FBI's report... They should learn how to do their own jobs before they try to do NCIS or CID's and they can take their "war crimes report" fold it up cone shaped and stick it in their little bean counting accountant / lawyer asses.
