oh come on....obama is obviously addicted to the exercise, or "runners high".  he'll shirk whatever duty he needs to, to get his fix.  guess it's time for the tax payers to fund some therapy for him huh?  it's obviously a disease, he can't help it...how can you all be so cruel and unfeeling?  (major tongue in cheek here)

politics, liberal or conservative....a major joke these days.

Yeah,the Iraq debacle,the Afghan effort faltering,the army about to snap,a neglected/botched war on terror,the biggest debt ever put on us(US taxpayers) in history,depression era foreclosures and savings rates worse than the depression era,energy and health-care prices through the roof.......

Hilarious......(minor tongue in cheek)

Even into this only a few years now,the down-trends are just starting.It`s going to take years to clean up these messes.

It`s going to take someone with some backbone and a conscious ,genuine effort to do this.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In the late '90's and '2000',we had the pure luxury of being frivolous, arrogant and apathetic about our affairs.
IMO,we don`t have the luxury of being trivial or petty anynore,not since 9/11.
This isn`t the Jerry Springer Show.
Okay... so if McCain is so "pro-wounded troops"... if he is so very in their corner... why did he vote against their benefits nine times in the last five years?
I find it interesting that veterans groups give Obama a B+,  but they give McCain a D-...
Didn`t you know?
McCain`s tortured POW status gives him an automatic pass on everything/anything connected to military issues.
On anything military,he`s omnipotent.
Somehow,he gets free pass,even though he has a long and well documented record of voting and acting against the interests of soldiers and veterans.
Another example of media bias in McCain`s favor.
When will the media start to parse and scrutinize every syllable and sentence of McCain`s,like they do w/ Obama?
Thing is, Popeye, when you look at each of the individual bills he voted against, they were all "chump change" compared to what these guys are blowing in these wars that have no clear objective. Literally, added together, they don't add up to one quarter of what Halliburton "mislaid" in the first couple years of the Iraq conflict.
