I don't know your situation, but I agree that you have not made it clear what happens. Part of the problem is you used one of the most 'absolute' phrases: 100%. The truth is that NO ONE is ever 100% in control. Look at business for example. Most people consider a CEO to be the '100% in control'. But for a big company, he has a Board that he answers to. For a smaller company, he has to kow-tow to vendors and to customers. In your case, if you mean that your dominant got pissed, drunk and yelled at his mother for something silly, then hey, he is out of control and I probably wouldn't play with him. But if you meant that he did not object when a police man gave him a bogus ticket, then the problem is with you, not him.
