Status: offline 		This morning's breaking of the fast was similar to what I have on most of my days off.

Founder's Breakfast Stout ( high proof,  double chocolate,  double coffee oatmeal stout )
Good oatmeal ( ie from steel-cut/scotch oats,  not that rolled or instant crap ) with blueberries
egg white omelette with feta

and

three slices of BACON EXPLOSION.

... and people wonder how I can go out in subzero weather to shovel the block ...

a build like this .... 6'2" tall,  22" neck,  54" chest,  24" biceps,  38" waist ... and a nuclear furnace for a metabolism that gives me hot-to-the-touch hands.

Just came in from shoveling the sidewalk for the entire block.  (- Other than my neighbor,  everyone who lives on my block are retired.  So I try to get everything shoveled before they get out and try to do it themselves. -)  The big breakfast was good fuel.

Yeah,  the finished product is DECIDELY unappetizing in appearance.  But that's why one never serves it as is.  Like most meat roulades,  it's best served already sliced in lovely meaty pinwheels.
