Mt Dew.. nectar of the gods

I used to travel to Orlando often, and always had Mt. Dew for Breakfast there.  It's the official state breakfast beverage.

We went out to home town buffet, and I had 3 chicken fried steaks with gravey two eggs, and 4 little waffles with fruit and cinnamon on them. I also tried a small bite of pizza dough cooked crispy with cinnamon on it.

Today was my day to cheat on eating a healthy breakfast, and it could of been worse, I chose to have a severe amount of self control lol.

in the past I've had like 5 or 6 plates and all of it would of been sugary junk, like cinnamon rolls and pancakes drenched in syrup, and I would of had dessert too probably a rich sticky gooey bread pudding or frozen ice cream, or pudding and whipped cream lol.

Stella I had a bf, now an x who'd sleep clear till 1, or 1 30 in the afternoon, but I feel sleeping that late is a waste of the day and unhealthy and un necessary too, unless you work a late night swing shift where you wouldn't get much sleep unless you slept so late. I personally do not like sleeping any later t han 9, or 9 30 10 at the latest, but some people consider that late. My dad for instance gets up at 4 5 or 6 am, and he says hell I have a full days work done by the time you're just waking up.

Mornings in our household are for sleeping. We surface late morning, early afternoon, lots of coffee, and eventually... food which is now becoming fresh bread, fresh meat, fresh fruit. Yesterday was bread, salmon, mangoes and bananas. Today it looks like passion fruit, apples and salmon.

I made scrambled eggs and a smoothie yesterday for lunch.

My parents took Daddy and I out to breakfast this morning, thats why we had hometown, Daddy wasn't even going to go since he didn't feel he had enough time to go to breakie and be to work on time, but I talked him into it by saying if we hurried he could take his own car eat kiss me goodbye and head off..

So that's just what he did. It was a nice pleasant start to the day.

Good gawd I would need at the very least a week to eat all that, without eating anything else.
You call that self control? Im mean 3 chicken freid steaks sounds pretty excessive to me.
Honestly I have always thought having a free diet day meant you could treat yourself to one thing not on your diet.  That sounds like any weight you did lose might have been dumped back in one fell swoop.

Sorry if that sounds condescending but from previous posts I seem to recall you already cheating.

Its a rare day when I eat breakfest unless its the awesome breakfest for dinner feast.

Im a once a day eater, at best. There are times when my appetite is nil and the thought of eating is just yucky so will skip the whole day.   I just make sure I drink lots of fluids

In the morning coffee is a must have. Now that I have a french press its all the better, but learned that for some reason the caffiene buzz last all day if  have more than one cup, so after my treat its over to decaf. Im having enough trouble sleeping as it is.
