EU members aren't perfectly sovereign... so no. You're mistaken. And a person can say the words "all of Europe" without meaning to say there are no individual states in Europe, kitten. The parts about alcohol and salad had to do with the way bureaucrats and government tend to seek more power and control. Perhaps if you would re-read that post more carefully you'll understand it. quote:
