Your kidding right FDD....the Clintons were skewed during his elections and during the Monica affair...who can forget John Goodman as Monica's GF with the tape machine..Try an keep a little objectivity FDD ,its a long way to Nov 4th...you will run out of steam if you peak too early...

Ummm mike... Chelsea wasn't and they didn't portray her father doing what they portrayed Todd Palin doing. That skit would have never ever left the writer's room.

No one portrayed anything FDD,they referenced a disgusting charge lampooned that it could be run with due to no convincing evidence to disprove.It was a shot at the process,not at the Palins...or did you somehow fail to understand the true target of the skit...

It clearly was a cheap shot at the Palin family. The fact that it was mixed in to a skit lampooning the New York Times has no bearing on it.

Think that would have gone over any better?

Ummm.... again mike... I said I liked the point and the satire, I thought they should have used a different subject matter. So why would I turn off something I liked that didn't offend me? But it doesn't take a genius to see that heads will roll with this one. The skit's subject matter should have never gotten on the air. It would have been a simple re-write and the skit would have been just as effective.
