Status: offline 		The OP feels attacked because his wife is unaware of his paying money to see professionals and got called on that fact when he first started here (I looked up his posts) and didn't like it.

NOTHING feels as painful as when someone rips off the scab of rationalization to reveal the lies underneath.  In short, holding up a mirror to someone that strips away their cherished illusions will always feel like an attack because they don't WANT the truth.  However, learning to not lie to yourself is a crucial step in the path to personal growth.

Status: offline 		Some on here attack because they can feel brave behind a keyboard,  Others attack because it is in their nature to do so.  I will attack when attacked or when I get sick of someone's bs and lies on a subject.  I try to attack the lies but occassionally, it has gotten personal.  Some think that they are the only twue people in the world and must show the world that everyone is false.
In short, if you post something untrue, it will be attacked by someone.  If you post something true. someone will try toprove you are lying to prove his/her superiority.  That can be proven by going back to find the attempts to prove that a number of us were never in the military.  Some people think that their life experience trumps what every other person has lived through.  Guess what? They are assholes and will not change.  Just get used to it.

Status: offline 		with regard to the brutal attacks I have launched this past two years, might I just say that I am truly sorry to anyone that I have not yet gotten round to tearing to shreds; I have a busy life, and what with new members joining every day its just proven an impossible task to berate everyone.

if you would like to leave your names on the thread, I will do my best to rip you apart with ravenous sarcasm at the next available opportunity; please also include some background details for me to work on.

it is important to me that I undermine as many as possible in this way; after all, I'm lonely, unloved, unwanted and have no friends and nothing else better to do and heaven knows there's no sympathy here.
