"Yesterday, after an Iraqi journalist used “[t]wo of the worst insults in Islam” against him, an unfazed President Bush sat down with ABC’s Martha Raddatz for an exit interview in Iraq. When Raddatz asked Bush about his legacy, Bush first boasted about “52 months of uninterrupted job growth.” (There have been 1.9 million jobs lost in 2008 alone.)
Bush then turned to Iraq, and justified the war there by suggesting it had been al Qaeda’s home base. When Raddatz corrected him, Bush dismissively replied, “So what?“:

BUSH: One of the major theaters against al Qaeda turns out to have been Iraq. This is where al Qaeda said they were going to take their stand. This is where al Qaeda was hoping to take–
RADDATZ: But not until after the U.S. invaded.
BUSH: Yeah, that’s right. So what? The point is that al Qaeda said they’re going to take a stand. Well, first of all in the post-9/11 environment Saddam Hussein posed a threat. And then upon removal, al Qaeda decides to take a stand. "

Saddam wasn't a 'threat' (known or otherwise), and al-Qaeda has increased their ranks since we invaded Iraq.

But hey, keep worshiping the wisdom of your Great Leader.  Your ranks, OTOH, are shrinking daily.

Status: offline 		or its- ill pick up after daddy, and listen to his warmongering friends.  then i'll pal around with pakistan, where osama lives.  and fight a war in afganistan, by afgani rules.  and leave up the opium fields, which fund al qaida.  tune in next month, when its the obama show!  who knows what happens next?  look, cant we all agree bush is a doofus?

You have an error there. Saddam was no threat to the US ever. Especially, after the first war.

Anyway, if you come back and argue he was a threat, LOL, well my friend, there are about a 100 worse "threats" out there, and we will be going to war forever.

Also, since when is a "general threat" a justification for war. Really, you need to rethink that almost universal pass to war, you are handing out there a bit.

And for the record more US citizens have died now fighting "the war on terror" in Iraq, than the terrorists killed on 9-11. Unless you are assuming all those deaths in Iraq are caused by terrorist, which would be crazy, as they aren't terrorists when they are defending their own country in their own country. 

Anyway, it's really weird that you'd say that, you seem sane in other threads.

That was not known, there were several branches of intelligence communities from different countries that said he was a threat. Never mind that he never complied with his own surrender terms and did not give up nuclear research and materials to international agencies as he had agreed to do. He openly bragged that he had continued to develop such threats.

Finally, the war never ended, it has been ongoing since Bush Senior. Clinton was just too lazy to finish the job, therefore it needed to be finished by someone actually willing to be responsible.

He alone has caused enough mayhem and disaster and war and general lies and suckage to bring down this Nation, so leave the girls out of this. Besides, they have to live knowing they were sired by a moronic egocentric redneck that bungled everything he touched.

By the way, what does rachel's picture have to do with the President's kids? If I see Babs or Jenna on Collar Me, it might have something in common, until then this is a kink website and a chick tied with rope is not exactly a shocker.

Status: offline 		So what.  Because their dad chooses to be President they have to be perfect kids and Bush is the perfect parent.  And yeah, its their fault the press constantly followed them when they were teenagers trying to find them doing things wrong, so people like you can act like they are somehow worse than many other teenagers who did and do the same thing in their youths.   I am sure if you somehow in the future become publically known for whatever reason, people who don't like your parents or kids or whatever will shove these pics in their faces as some vengence thing.  I love people who are hypocrits lol.
