Don't feel bad, trapped...my eyesight is fine, and I still can't walk around without banging into things....some rocket scientist relocated our first aid cabinet on the wall in the path of the hallway......the wall is sort of angled.....and I usually run into the damn thing at least twice a week.....I have a permanent scrape and curise on the right shoulder......and then of course, when I'm running to the bathroom...yes, running.....I'm on a radio console, so I have to be quick.....I inevitably hit the wall in the hallway on my left side....there have been times when I look like I've been beaten up!

*wince*

I know how you feel.  I don't even wonder how I get the bruises anymore.  Normally it is because I have run into the door, or the wall, or the fridge (like I did tonight).

This is why I cannot be bound with my hands behind my back.  The repercussions would be disastrous.

I have one of my FAVORITE songs as my ringtone on my cell.  Well, I was on it one day talking to someone, and my song started playing on the radio.  I told the peron I was talking to to hold on for a minute, and started to look for my phone.  The only reason that I realized what happened, was because the radio played more than my phone does when it rings.... Yeah... I'm a goober!

Not too long ago, I was putting dishes and things away, and I had my laptop sitting on the counter.  Well, I didn't have it straight on there because I was listeing to music, and I had it pointed at me.  I went to lean down to put something away under it, and BAM!  Corner of the laptop ringht into my forehead!  Maybe like an hour or so later, I went to pick something up off of the floor, and BAM! My whole head into the table.  For some reason, I thought of Holly... Sorry girl.  But I did! lmao

I had a long term business trip in Denton, Tx. and was sharing an apartment with an associate. Being the Boss, I had the Master with a fairly large bath and had been staying there for about a month or so when one morning I bent over to pick up a towel and as I stood I banged my forehead against the towel rack I had used for the last 30 days....I scrapped about 2 inches of skin from my forehead(which is a bit large) and it immediately started pouring blood!....I looked like the loser in a cage match!
blood covered my face and I was forced to walk around for the next 2 or 3 weeks with this enormous scrape on my forehead. For a really vain man who is ultra meticulous about his appearance it drove me nutz!

All I'm saying is he tied me up in high heels standing ONCE. Then decided it would be a good idea to take off my panties. I fell over gracefully, like a tree in the forest crashing. Told him next time either I'm nekkid to begin with or he cuts the damn things off. Better yet, tie me laying down. There it's harder to get hurt, although I did manage once while squirming around one time to fall off the damned thing.

i brought out the sadist in Jim once when he asked me if i thought he was losing his hair. I told him his hair was fine, but his forehead was growing.

I had a particuarly graceful moment at work this past fall.  I was sitting on a crate in the room next to mine, talking with coworkers since it was a slow night, and we heard a group coming.  I hopped off the crate just fine, and then tripped over thin air and went crashing on to the concrete.  I expected hands and knees to be a bit sore, if not scraped, but once I had the chance to examine my injuries I found that I had somehow managed to bruise the top of my left shoulder rather badly, which I don't even remember coming in to contact with the floor.

There was also the time at work where I had put together a large off season event.  I had been up for 15 hours on 4 hours sleep, and had been running on gummy bears and E-Rev til 1am.  Round about 2, I actually fell asleep at work...on the concrete floor of the dressing room, covered in a lab coat and sucking my thumb for some reason.  I didn't even do that as a kid!  Of course, the co-workers who were still there hanging out were kind enough to take a picture to show me when I woke up.

It wasn't me, but rather my sister, that is the walker.  When we were younger, she'd walk all the time....we had bunk beds, and the nitwit would get down on the wall side of the bed, crawl across me, then go about whatever it was she was gonna do...one night, she came back upstairs with an entire package of bologna between two pieces of bread...she HATES bologna.....well, since we were told NOT to wake her, I let her eat it.  The look on her face the next morning when I told her what she'd done was great!!  Then there was the time, at age 16, that my dad had to go get her from the backyard......she was stark naked, (didn't sleep in jammies), outside, yelling at the dogs to be quiet!  He took a blanket outside, wrapped her up and pointed her toward the house......then next day, he told my mom that she had to tell Sis to start wearing something to bed.  I'm not sure who was more embarassed....Dad or Sis!

Me.....I'm full of stories like the ones mentioned......being ON the cell phone while looking for it....glasses on top of my head, keys in my hand......that sort of thing.  Sometimes, I'd forget my head if it wasn't screwed on tight!  How many of ya'll have gotten up from a chair, walked across the room, and can't remember WHY you got up?  Oh yeeeaaaaahhhhh....that would be me!

  Leaving your only casual shoes in Canada while there for weddings......

Now now...if one had to choose between:

me---->

or

you--->

the choice is rather clear.
