Random comments: My no shows are running 80% show and 20% don't, (a "no play" order in place) not counting those who drop out when a meet is suggested. (very high number) But the experience on the "show ups" is...mixed as well. Those who made it into consideration (ack ack ack.. bad scores there) I was talking to a potential sub today on the topic. I mention that one thing most males don't recognize is that step one for the CM femdom.. requires huge amount of shift and sort of mail. The adminstrative job of mail sorting and keeping track of possibles..can be daunting. Sadly too there are males where the door is shut because they're not computer proficient, and/or cannot communicate effectively in the written form. The best sub I ever met here was a referal from another CM mistess-he can't write to save his life. In person, he's a top-notch communicator, articulate, well-spoken. He just cannot write. I don't think he's in a huge minority either. I think we are eliminating some good males because they cannot handle the written word properly. Obviously they aren't reading this as they don't do the forums either. If they're not out in the community, we'll miss them there also. As a writer, I like to hear people use the language creatively. I won't match with someone who is superficial and cannot express himself, but I can enjoy many males who aren't adept with the written word. The clever ones are tricky. That's where you trip up, on the ones who really can write well, who are too smart to come across as "do-me". Those are the time-wasters. And some of the "do-me's" at first glance turn out to be ok, they were not sure how to present themselves. I am working very hard to stop rating myself with pass/fail. To stop keeping count, to react as tho I am getting grades on a report card or giving those grades to another. I need to quit thinking of success-fail. Just defining with the words I see myself use.. like "defeated" or "another failure"...is the wrong attitude. Decided to think of subsearching as grocery shopping. ie: got a few things I need or mm.. that fish does not look fresh...or.. whoa.. tons of bargains, really nice produce today. Stop investing in the outcome as tho my life depends on it. I don't think for a week on a trip to the store, I just get a quart of milk. Know what I mean?
