I serve by choice regardless, financial or otherwise, either way, regardless.....as it is still my choice to do so! 

however it does seem a very large majority of Dommes do want, and yes do seek, a financially well off sub/slave over one not so much so....sorry to say but is true!

I am so sorry. I didnt mean to offend anyone at all. Truth be told I only wear leather and heels when a slave comes over. And I have not been twenty years old in almost 20 years. When I wake up in the mornings I look like death warmed over if I am lucky... Right now I dont look any better..My hair is all over my head and uncombed. I look like a hag from hell...And I am buck naked... No mini skirts or heels here. But I would NEVER let a sub see me like this.

So I am in no position to criticize anyone... I was saying what they expect.... Not that I am any better delivering than anymore than anyone else. But I do try my best. Everyday it gets harder and harder the older I get. But I am trying my best. My style is more Pro Domme and dramatic though.,, that's just me

But please forgive me if the ideals that I buy into due to expectations offended anyone. we are all different,.

This is forum on internet. If you say "how are you" you will offend someone. You state your opinions and this is okay. If people become offended because you not think the same as them then this is problem of theirs not yours. You are not required to explain yourself or justify to people because of how you feel.

I did not agree with some stuff you write but no matter. I did not think you rude. You only write your opinion and you should.
I do not think you have reason to apologize to anyone. Is your opinion. You were ganged on so you get uppady, so what? It is just forum.

Have fun and do not worry.

I like people with opinions and not afraid to say them.

Status: offline 		When an opinion one has is inflamitory and insults other dominant's.. whether they take insult or not... and you say very rude things... substandard... infering that sex with a submissive is being a whore and all the many things said... one might consider that their opinons might bring on some snark or anger.  We all have a different way... but most of us don't go around acting superior to other's to the point of calling them substandard if they are not like themselves.

What Lockit said. "Whore", "substandard", a lot of other words used in these posts are extremely offensive, and not in the "it's the Internet" kinda way. You walk in, cop a hateful superior attitude and start calling people names? Don't be surprised when they have a few choice words of their own.

"Whore" applies a hell of a lot more to women who expect money from the men in their lives than to women who expect sex from the men in their lives, to my way of thinking. And "substandard" implies that the "standard" is set by whores and their customers--personally, my standard is not.

Status: offline 		Lockit, again I am very sorry if anyone took my opinions to be applied to them. .  I still believe everything I said.but I wasn't even thinking of anyone here when I shared my general views. (maybe with the ping pong paddle...yes) And  I dont think any view is superior or inferior or inflamatory...just each person's individual way of thinking. I enjoy diversity of thought....Some people obviously don't.

Yes, in a roundabout way we have come full circle.

And I have been called possessed many a time.

If you were a substandard whore, then perhaps I'm a whore-able sub? And I do have my own standards.

I never called you a Hand Puppet! Feet can easily be used as well. Some like to get their kicks in many ways.

And, I cannot get the word "dictates" out of my head. What do you get when you cross a penis with a potato?

I would agree that BDSM and D/s are like Theatre - they require integrity, ingenuity and personality.. Props and effects never make a good show, and besides people go to theatre for live interaction with the actors and for the ideas.

However from what I can see from your posts on this thread you've wasted an awful lot of money.

Was this directed at a comment I made or just a general comment?

I'm assuming general since in my first reply on this thread I talked about how I believe slaves should not be financial burdens to their owners but that's it.

This actually hit a thought that has been in my mind for some time.

If we look at other animals and compare what the male and female does, I see the male is far more active in attracting and keeping a mate. By nature the male is more colorful, has more decorations and goes through a lot of actions to attract the female who simply is.

It seems like we as humans have keep some of this -- the idea that men need to be good providers is indeed very common in human history -- but coupled that with this weird notion that women put on clothes and decorations to attract a mate.

I'm not saying that is right or wrong just that is seems very odd to me at some level.
