I took it as that this is not the time to use what profits a struggling business may attain are to be used for bonuses especially if they have hat in hand begging the government for money and then using that money for multi-million dollar bonuses.

I think when Obama feels "it is the time to kill whitey" he will say it plain and to the point. Not literally, of course, but this disciple of Sol Olinsky, our new "Dear Leader", will take the property of wealthy whitey and redistribute it to the poor and down trodden among us who deserve to have a better life than the one they have. It's the end of what he perceivees as aparthaid in America that Obama is after accomplishing.
