Are there any other die hard Steeler fans here? I hope The Steelers smash the Colts Sunday. The Steelers will have to play a very physical & mistake free to win.

I find this thread extremely pleasing!
GO STILLERS!
There is a Steeler nation. We are everywhere.

Of course I am freaking over the game. It's difficult for the Steelers to play there, too loud for us. Dome players - meh. Peyton Manning is god-like (yes, it hurts to say that).

No offense to the Colts fans on the board, but I don't think any one coach is more deserving of a ring than a players coach like Cowher. Not to mention.... I'm so tired of hearing all the Manning hype.... I'm a Montana, Farve and Elway boy...HAR!

On a side note ... I was totally bummed out to hear about Dungy's son, what a tragedy. Dungy is a good dude.

If I'm going to cheer for anyone other than the Cowboys, it would be the Steelers.

Did you know that the Steelers have one of the most well kept fields in football history. There care taker puts extra effort for making the field perfect. Before every game, he has people wrap duct tape around there hands, get on there knees, and matt the entire field to pick up any lint that may be on the ground.

Anyhow, I would like the Steelers win the Super Bowl.

I don't know if's it still true, but I know that at one time the Steelers were the only NFL team owned by the city they play in.... I think that's really cool.

Ah, the Steeler love brightens my day.
We will need to play a near perfect game to beat the Colts.
It's been a week of football hype in western PA, fun times.
My journal and its colors are a testament to my love, go check it out.

I would call this guy a Dom. After all, he makes other people get on there hands and knees to pick up the lint.

I live in Steeler country now but I was born and raised in Baltimore and it still takes me about a minute and a half to not think of the Colts as the Baltimore Colts when I hear or see that name.
Sigh.
I have not been able to get into the whole Steeler phenomenon but I wish them well. :-)

Big Ben is pretty good to. I think they should be favored but I think The Steelers will give them a real battle. I wouldn't be surprised if we won.:)

Dungy is a class act. I feel bad for him & his family. He used to coach for the Steelers.

Well, unless we play a perfect, nay, more than perfect game, it's gonna be tough. But we enjoy the underdog status....so bring it on. I never cheer against the Steelers, but I love watching Peyton Manning do that field general topping the offense thing.

btw...where the heck is nakedonmychain, she should be in here feeling the Peyton lurv.

Not part of the Steelers Nation but I would like to see them move on, and I couldn’t agree more with Cowher deserving a ring. A class Act!

Look for Pittsburgh's Kimo von Oelhoffen to get to Manning early, like he did Carson
Palmer last week

Any way: I’d take the Steelers and the 9 ½.

Go Steelers and KatyLied! ( # 1)

They have a very good defense but that offense is missing in action. I look for Carolina to avenge that earlier loss.
