So the only legal issues McDs has ever faced the past few years was a Coffee spill and some fat kids saying McDs made them fat??? They face them all the time..its a cost of doing business. Other chains have similar problems and have similar costs so it doesn't put McDs at a disadvantage. Its a cost that consumers have to pay if they want the benefits of fast food. Can the costs get so high that the customers refuse to pay...yes now you are looking at the cost / benefit of fast food vs making it at home. But it has to get a lot higher to reach that level.
