Whether or not,as some are asserting ,he was forcing a point to make a point....in my view he made it clearly.....asserting one's rights are not in and of itself grounds for suspicion.If they were,what good is having the rights in the first place?As an afterthought?...a legal defence,or as a deterrent to unlawful searches?
