lobodomslavery -> Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/24/2009 6:02:19 AM)

Could Women office supervisors be Dommes.? ive worked to Female supervisors and have never got the courage to ask them if they are Dommes. is this appropriate? or is it better to keep work and lifestyle private.

kevin, the next time the Sexual Harassment video gets shown at your workplace, I strongly suggest you watch it.  It will show you the legal ramifications of what you're asking.

LadySweetOrSour -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/24/2009 6:09:29 AM)

So all female supervisors must be dominants? Why? Because a supervisor couldn't possibly have got the job because she's simply good at her job? Because females should only be in "subservient" positions? Are all female police officers Dommes? What about female politicians? Female doctors? Female fire fighters?

I'd stick with "inappropriate to ask". It's got nothing to do with lifestyle and work separation. It's about having the good sense to seperate ones fantasies from reality.[8|]

i have never considered chit chat or friendly enquiries Sexual Harrassment but perhaps im being naive, i ll bear that in mind thanks. i always thought Sexual Harrassment was physical not verbal  but like i say i learn new stuff everyday, i ll bear that in mind. and by the by i dont have work presently. i ll bear this advice in mind for future employment

CatdeMedici -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/24/2009 6:15:52 AM)

Please don't, the country can't afford one more person on unemployment.

Being a supervisor has nothing to do with Domination and everything to do with the fact that they did or do a good job.

lobodomslavery -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/24/2009 6:17:46 AM)

i just found it strange to be honest because She told me that She was younger than me , had only six months more experience than me and yet She was my supervisor, i guess thinking She was a Domme crossed my mind because of this. normally You would not have a situation of a Woman supervising a man at work with only six months more experience than him, just my 0.02 cents

Also She was wearing stilettos which seemed more appropriate for a club, it didnt look suitable wear for the office. to me that seemed a giveaway

I would suggest you do a search for "sexual harassment in the workplace". You'll find numerous examples of what constitutes harassment. Being naive is not an excuse.

I agree LadySweetOrSour...this falls into the "inappropriate to ask" category.

edited to add....I'm left to wonder why you feel 6 months on the job, age and wearing heels means it's a "giveaway".

lobodomslavery -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/24/2009 6:27:27 AM)

Because the other Women in the office were not wearing stilettos or even leather boots. Look i know it is a little pathetic but thats my reasoning. as well as that She was standing over me a lot and constantly checking up on me to an extent that freaked me out. i thought control freak and then when i saw her stilettos Domme was my conclusion

I cant help but ask if by chance she WERE DOMME would you be willing to have a relationship with someone at work?I can see her firing EVERYONE else and you doing ALL the work! LOLThie is a perfect example of why females need to be in control the post is a joke!

lobodomslavery -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/24/2009 6:36:42 AM)

well She didnt. in the end i left because She was making things impossible for me. She wouldnt leave me alone and was extremely bossy and domineering. i felt small and weak. i complained but my complaint was rejected.

It would appear she showed a smidge of restraint by not following her comment with 'neener neener neeeeener'.

The Dommes of my personal acquaintance (as well as all the good examples here), are the  'quiet confidence, natural assertion' type. Sounds like Ms Supervisor is just showing off - it is unlikely that the stilettos are part of the formula.

GYPZYQUEEN -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/24/2009 6:50:59 AM)

she wanted you

she wanted you bad

she wanted to leave stilleto marks on your cheeks

In what way?

She wouldnt leave me alone and was extremely bossy and domineering.
Was there a legitimate reason for this?

i felt small and weak.
This is the red flag for me. Did you feel small and weak because she was in a position of power or because you were projecting your own desires onto the situation?

i complained but my complaint was rejected.
Why? If it was a legitimate complaint is there a reason it was rejected?

kevin

Also...just curious, are heels and leather boots a requirement for Dommes? What about the crunchy/granola types who like Birkenstocks?

You're thinking she's another woman you cannot stand because she is in a superior position.    Go ahead and ask if she is a domina, since you enjoy being unemployed, penniless, and bitching about how women suck (or don't suck in your case), and are always victimizing poor you.

Why the phuck would it matter if she is or not?    You're at work, do your job, and go home!     M

lobodomslavery -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/24/2009 7:01:01 AM)

Nobody enjoys being unemployed, nobody enjoys bullying be it from male or Female. Some have to endure it tho. And not just me, but many others besides. i m not bitching about Women victimizing men but it does happen, no im standing up for the victimised be they male or Female. Nobody should be bullied victimised or bossed to an extent which makes life and work impossible. And yes that did happen to me. Why shouldnt i complain? But it happens to many others too and they have the same right to complain too. What am i for? in a word. Justice for all. Something which  many are not getting now

im not a troll. And if i am what of it. Do trolls not have rights to? Why should anyway be against someone who wants a more just society for all? Nobody should have the right to make someone else's life a misery . Everyone is entitled to a job and to a  life

kevin, this is one of the most profound things you've ever said.

As someone who's been unemployed before, I know that being out of work is hell, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.  OTOH, businesses work through the idea of people EARNING their jobs and the right to hold them.  Ain't no easy answer.

lobodomslavery -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/24/2009 7:23:40 AM)

whats OTOH????????????? anyway the rest of Your sentence i agree with except everyone is entitled to have an opportunity to Earn your right to the job. and when people stand in Your way by being bossy to a freaky extent, well i think thats not right, just my 0.02 cent
