You will first have to decide what you need. You are the dominant, correct?
What type of masochist is she?
Does she love pain? Or does she love your reaction to her enduring the pain?
Physical, or emotional pain?

Someone that posts here a lot (I think) used to have a tag line that went something like;

Honestly, this question can not be answered without knowing the sub in question. What she likes and doesn't like. Her hard limits and soft limits and so on. Without knowing the girl, the answers will run the gambit.

After having just read your profile, I am completely confused as to why you would ask this question...

You are correct, I am the dominant. I am meeting with her to discuss these issues within a couple of weeks.
But I believe that she loves physical pain inflicted upon her by an individual that she idolizes or loves, that would be me. She has told me she needs pain to orgasm, so what do you suggest for just starting off?

Yes your correct, but my domination was so different with others and my wife, I inflicted pain on them because I enjoyed it and used it for correction of their inappropriate behavior, yes I am a sadist. But in this case, this submissive needs pain to orgasm, and I am not used to this type of sadism, can you help?

I don't think you are going to find the answer to this here on a message board. This is something that needs to be discussed between the two of you. You could start by asking her what types of pain she responds to...stingy?...thuddy? Ask her what types of pain producing activities she has responded well to in the past. Start slow and work your way up.

You will never get the correct answer here because one person may say that I need pain to orgasm and mean they want their nipple pinched or their ass slapped with an open hand.....and the next person's version of adequate pain may be an ass blackening beating and a 100 needles in their breasts. You need to find out what she is referring to when she says pain.

First and foremost - you have to talk, or at least have her fill out a questionnaire for a sub - that is heavy in the masochist type questions. Then, again, talk.

There are different types of pain. I am a masochist. I love to have my ass beaten, hair pulled - anything rough and leaves marks. love it! But I know another masochist that would flip out totally if you laid a hand on her. Her pain of choice is verbal humiliation. Still another who is sub, but is masochist just for herself - likes to cut and bur herself. But don't do it for her...no sirree.

You have to know what pain they are into. AND then see if that is something you can inflict.
