Status: offline 		Ah, now that's different. I was assuming he was new, knew he was attracted to it but still having guilt about using his partner and therefore trying to make sure you got off too and not very confident in his sexual skills.

And I agree with you that manipulation is different. I can see The Man boxing me into a corner metaphorically and recognize it but not feel manipulated. Manipulation to me has negative connotations. It involves intent that is entirely selfish. Some guy I don't know manipulating me is creepy whether I can identify it or just feel something's wrong.  Chemistry involves him wanting this to be a positive experience for us both.

Heh. Incidentally, the dualism between those two "one laws" is pretty neat.

"Thou shalt not get caught" is the negative Law. It's the Law of not losing. It's the Law that says who the bad guys are: they're the ones who were weak enough to get caught.
