Remember when Sarah Palin was so outraged that them evil libruls was dragging her family into the public eye and supposedly using them to score political points off her? That was one of her biggest stated reasons for resigning, as i recall. Gee, i wonder what happened to all of that self-righteous outrage? Obama tells his union goon friends that he is working towards a single payer system, or government controlled health care. If you haven't seen the video just ask me and I can post it again. So the question Palin is asking has to do with reality - how exactly will the faceless bureaucrats in charge choose to divvy up a limited health care budget when, as Obama likes to say, sacrifices have to be made? Say you throw open the doors to the malls and say "from now on, everything is free". No one has to perform labor any more, people just load up on whatever they want. In that scenario (because no one has to work), eventually there won't be enough "stuff" to go around, and "free" health care is just one more step in that direction, and it will have to be rationed. What Palin is asking is perfectly legit, some are just to blind to realize that.

If single payer is ever implemented I can guarantee that a child with trisomy won't be denied care simply because of that condition and everyone but the extraordinarily wealthy will receive better quality health care.
