Guilty1974 -> RE: No picture is this a Warning for Some? (2/24/2006 1:19:05 AM)

No, It's not a red flag for me. I tend to judge people first on what they write on the forums, in their profile or in a private message. A picture can be faked much more easily than well written opinions or honest questions. So I appreciate the pictures, but I don't think it is a requirement. In fact, a thorough operating faker would probably put picture on his/her profile... I don't have a picture in my own profile. I don't think I have to show my face to prove I'm real. I've been active in several BDSM associations for several years, organising play parties amongst others, and together with my girlfriend I run a small amateur bondage website. Basically, people from my own country just know that I'm real, and if anyone doubts it because I haven't got a picture in my profile....ehm... well, go ahead and doubt it, I won't lose any sleep over it I guess. By the way, my girlfriend and did try to upload a (fully dressed) bondage picture not showing our faces as an example of what we like to do, but that got refused by collarme.com staff, which I can understand considering 2257 and communications decency act legislation.
