It's PEOPLE and not Religions that discriminate. Your religion or beliefs can be kept secret or proclaimed at the top of your lungs for everyone to hear. Religion can be hidden or lied about. Very few job applications ask people for their religious practice. The beliefs of people can discriminate against others based on how they act, dress, live, diet, etc... I remember when a guy wanted to play guitar for his church. His preacher told my friend that he needed to quit smoking first. A performer for church is suppose to set an example for the rest of the congrigation. I never liked that fact that to Muslims, I'm just an Infidel. Based on beliefs, many think on how everyone else should act and behave. When one person is out of line, it's easy to have bias and a bad attitude towards that person. Most religions do dectate judgement on people in the after life. Did you believe? Did you worship? Did you obey? Rather than discriminate, the All Mighty only judges in the fair sense of "Did you follow the rules?" Rather than the religion doing the discriminating, it's the people that discriminate.
