So things have changed here at CM. What was not allowed is now allowed and occasionally it looks like Alt or somewhere else. I am a woman. I would never go out with or meet someone or have any interest in a man who got his dick splatterred on his profile page. Am I in the minority? I know some ladies like to look at those shots. The ones Iknow that do are already involved and I dont think they met their partners through a well placed crotch shot.

So tell me, am I wrong to think that a man who thinks this will get a woman knows nothing about women? Men do you want to forge a relationship with a woman who has her labia spread wide for you to see in a profile?

Am I old fashioned thinking this way?

You're definitely not alone.  I hate things like that.  If I want to see someone elses junk, it won't be until after I have met them and/or know them very very well.  I certainly don't want the first picture I see of a person to be that.  Just tacky, crude and kind of sad I think.

I would say there are more woman showing pussy shots...excuse the language...then men showing cocks and I do like to look. Why not enjoy the human body..I do and I would be a little hypocritical to look down on those that do. Showing body parts is not a measure of character...never has been never will be.

So stop judging people and get to know them first.

it depends on the shot. Tasteful nudity is one thing, but getting close to porno is a turn-off.

Butch, Im not going to say they have a bad character. I just question the intelligence of it. If you are here to meet someone and yet what you put on your profile actually turns a segment of the group you say you wish to meet off, arent you cutting off your own foot, so to speaK? Why dont you have a cock shot profile pic if you like it so much???

I don't mind crotch shots - but not as an introduction ..... I'd prefer to know what the rest of the person looks like.  My attitudes about showing my own body fluctuate with my weight - but I do enjoy looking.

Actually, a bit, yes.  I do think it's fine to judge the character of that person.  If their primary picture is a crotch shot, the first thing that comes to mind is "Lovely, this person is not only crass but seems to see themselves as nothing but a piece of meat either consciously or subconsciously."  It tells me right off the bat that they think their most important quality is their junk.  As I said, kind of sad.

I don't come here to look at porn, I come here to meet people and chat, you know, be social.  Not that I dislike porn, in fact, I rather enjoy it.  But I have other places to go for that, and they're not difficult to find.  A place and time for everything.

Of course you are right in this thinking, when it comes to you....but maybe it is best that they are honest and up front with there personalities... that way they would meet like people...Save a lot of grief later when personalities are not compatible.

Of course Butch you are absolutely right. I do think they are looking to shock and turn some people off. Perhaps they arent here to meet their soul mate and seek a slap and tickle only. I do believe though that are not going to get the numbers that they would have got without the overt dick in your face pic.

I can handle a shot of one thing or another... but damn... some people need to be less offensive about it. It is offensive if you draw back, cringe and think..omg put that thing away! Okay... we all have bodies and many are not perfect... but damn... take your saggy, stretch marked, overloaded, underloaded, utter's and pig shots with piggy/utter names to a better place. Highlight the good... if that's the good... cover the shit up damn it! Some are trying to be offensive and I have the emails to prove that! lol If I don't respond to the pictures they eventually email and say something as stupid.

This is coming from a saggy, stretch marked in a couple spots, overloaded woman who isn't about to show it off. Covered up a bit, not half bad... exposed... well... it ain't so pretty.

I will judge someone showing it off... sorry... but I don't want to be riding my lil scooter in walmart and having somebody have a clothing optional/accident moment. Tasteful... please...
