But you know that already. Rather stands by the story, just not the documents. It is a huge difference. Post against rule and vilify vaugley? I directly called you a liar by name. Not kind of true in a grain of truth if you look at it just right. Not the same as Rush acknowledging the fact in the same program But maybe it is in your world....

but that point is futile, and a distinction without difference, so they both are fuckin hacks because they both have been duped by fugaze news sources that they didnt do due diligence on, and that is about what was said at the outset......... so they are fugaze, and we know that.

No within 20 minutes of Rush getting the information (presented to him by a caller, correct?) he had checked and corrected himself. Rather and CBS spent weeks before the admitted it might be fake documents, but the story is true anyway. You keep ducking the fact that Rather is only apologizing for the documents, and maintains the story is true anyway. They are not the same in any way shape or form. I do realise that stupid equivilancy is the basis for most of the lefty mindset, so of course you accept it. You desperatly need to pretend it is the same same. It's not, though I supposre it is up to the folks reading along to decide. Point is not futile at all. It is very relevant.
