I got the impression when i read both versions, that the first was his... and the second was hers.

The first one said that it was taken directly from the police report, though. That's typically not the accused's version - that's typically the complainant's version, because that's the document that the prosecutors go by when deciding whether they have cause to believe a crime was committed.

Actually, the more I think about, the less certain I am that I agree with what you said earlier. You said your concern was with what the children could see; actually, I could hardly care less about that. All I care about is his intent. If children saw a naked man, and it was inadvertent, big deal. If it traumatizes them, that's what parents are for - to explain to them that this is what people look like. That's just part of growing up.

If, on the other hand, he was intentionally exposing himself to children, then he presents a problem and that problem must be dealt with. That's really the only concern I have in the matter.

tazzygirl -> RE: Man arrested for being naked in own kitchen (11/4/2009 7:22:58 PM)

Well.. duh. thats why i said i am concerned with what the children can see.

Is it intentional, or was it accidental? And what part of where the school bus stop is located plays into all this?

Oh come on... the guy was flashing...get curtains and use them or wear clothes. What if you were walking down the street with your young daughters...do you want the neighbors naked in the windows with their wangers pointing?

At 5:30AM I would not think people would be walking by my house. What was she doing out with her child at that ungodly hour?

tazzygirl -> RE: Man arrested for being naked in own kitchen (11/4/2009 7:37:52 PM)

The initial says 530 am... a subsequent report says 830 am. Some school buses do run that early though.

kdsub -> RE: Man arrested for being naked in own kitchen (11/4/2009 8:44:19 PM)

There you are wrong...I am not rushing to judgment... I was pointing out inconsistencies in his statements...Just looking at the layout of his house would tell you he cannot be telling the truth...The police see it…I see it…There is no inconsistencies in the woman’s statements…every link that quotes her is the same.

All along I have been saying there is reason to doubt his innocence. That is not convicting him. My replies have been to people that were saying there is nothing wrong with his actions and the woman should be prosecuted for peeking in his windows.

Ok, then i guess we just have widely different definitions of what constitutes a "rush to judgment."

housesub4you -> RE: Man arrested for being naked in own kitchen (11/5/2009 1:53:40 AM)

There is only 1 way to solve this, I will be standing naked in my living room for the whole world to see, and time how long it takes the police to arrive, or my wife to wake up and tells me to get some clothes on or lose weight.

Then I'm going to call the police and have them remove all the books from the local library that may have words describing nakedness, or anything sexual or anything that can be thought of as sexual, because my children who can't read yet may one day go to said library and be exposed to such filth.

Then I'm going to file charges against our local museum because there are paintings of exposed body parts and have the art professor at the local college arrested because they pay people to stand nude if front of them so people can draw their nakeness ( yukkie).

But the strip club on the outskirts of town is fine (along with the 3/4 naked people on the bilboards telling us how naked they get) , because that brings in money for local politicians to keep getting re-elected

While you are at it, toss some of the pedophiles some trench coats and point them towards the school bus stops too, k?

or did that part, yet again, miss your attention.

pahunkboy -> RE: Man arrested for being naked in own kitchen (11/5/2009 8:37:38 AM)

When I worked at the gas station- I had a flasher after me.    He was hot.

But I figured out who he was. (ran his plate) he had raped some guy.  Before knowing that I had gave him my number.  He would call all drunk and say things that - were-  not all that sexy-  sort of creepy.  So then I seen his car when I closed up.  For a while I took various ways home.

if he raped once- he would do it again. I knew the guy who had been raped.   His atty told him not to talk about it.  So next I pondered if maybe the guy asked for it.   I don't think he did.   The flasher was strong as an ox.

Bottom line, be careful who you bang around with.

It was tho sort of flattering to be flashed.   (not so fun to be nearly followed home)

breatheasone -> RE: Man arrested for being naked in own kitchen (11/5/2009 8:43:00 AM)

i've seen some naked pics of people on this and other sites...and they should have been arrested for subjecting people to that LOL.

kdsub -> RE: Man arrested for being naked in own kitchen (11/5/2009 11:42:07 AM)

I think we do...I am talking facts...for instance you said one account had him in his garage...funny because looking at the house there is no garage just a car port. All the stories presented, in this tread anyway, the woman is consistent in her testimony…he is not.

If I point these out it is not a judgment and not a rush… simply the facts Mama as they say. It will be for a judge and jury to decide but there is nothing wrong in speculating…after all so are you and that is the purpose of this thread. Because I come to different conclusions than you does not make them right or wrong…just different. No less viable then yours.

Here comes the big stirring spoon. Melt this.

What if they had binoculars or a telescope ? Then they could see his shwantz from across town. Where does that leave us ?

Feelin' pretty damned pleased with ourselves that nobody needs no binoculars or telescopes to see our schwantzes from across town, by god.

That should be Schwänze, Darling. [;)]

Checkout the shot of his house...he was standing in the kitchen door in daylight...not a window...not dark. Woman was on the sidewalk walking to the bus stop across the street from his house.

He walked to the living room and exposed himself again...in direct view of the bus stop at 8:30 in the morning.. with perfect timing to followher as she walked past...yea accident my missing ass.

Interesting that you use this pic as proof he did it. If it was taken at 8:30 am there is no way she saw anything from the sidewalk.  Look at the door it's pitch black.  She would have had to be quite close to have seen him naked

DesFIP -> RE: Man arrested for being naked in own kitchen (11/5/2009 4:03:40 PM)

The lights inside are probably off in the photo but could have been on in the morning. Plus we don't know when the sun hits the door. But going from window to window is deliberate, standing in front of a coffee maker as he claimed would not have gotten him to go follow her around the house.

tazzygirl -> RE: Man arrested for being naked in own kitchen (11/5/2009 4:06:30 PM)

Standing at the door, with light behind him ( he was making coffee, remember? you dont do that in the dark) he could have been visible.

That's exactly my point. What I'm saying is that ever since this story broke, the so-called facts have been changing. For some reason, you look at this week's version and decide that somehow it's more reliable than the earlier versions that have since been changed. What I'm saying is that if the original versions of the story were not reliable, there's no reason to assume that this one is.

No she's not. I counted at least 2 inconsistencies in those articles - one of them being a 3-hour time difference, and the other being two different desciptions of where she first saw him. In one version, he's standing in a doorway, and in the other version he's in the kitchen window. So no, her version (as reported) is not consistent at all.

His, on the other hand, seems to be exactly the same in every article I've seen.

Going from window to window, or room to room? I walk from one room to another in my house all the time. I seldom bother looking first to see whether anyone's outside staring at me through the window.

With the light behind him he would be in shadow and she would have seen nothing

Do you stumble around your home or turn the lights on as you enter each room?

At 530 am, why would he be standing in a storm door with the wooden door open?
