Well at least he will get his day in court, which is more than you are giving him. You found or at the very least presented him as guilty based on news articles. Me, I think both views are stretched and the truth lies somewhere in the middle. And pardon me for presenting a little sardonic BS to the this post, I had forgotten how utterly serous you are in all of yours If he has to count on FOX to get his point out he is screwed, he may as well have his hands under the bathroom stall divider

When it comes to children, i am always serious. I have not painted him as innocent or guilty. What i have done is caution those who want to scream that he was in his own house and should be left alone that there are other points to consider. When you watch the video of them walking around his home... all his drapes are open. He admits to walking around early in the morning naked... a pattern... just seems to me its a pattern of displaying himself, even if it is unwittingly.

Oh Lord his drapes are open, HANG HIM!!! It also shows that they were way close and would have seen far more than if they had been on the sidewalk where they should have been in the first place

Did he know they use that path in the early mornings? Easement laws may come into play. Did he also know that children are often out at that time of morning? Sorta hard to miss a group of kids waiting for the bus. You see innocence. Im doubting that innocence.

If they were that close.. we dont know. We do know he was naked... he admitted it himself. We do know he was seen naked... again.. the evidence bears that out. We do know she had a 7 year old with her. And i have discovered that school in that district starts between 820 and 915 am. It is plausible, and possible, that the time stated being 830 could be the true time, approximately, and more so than the 530 am. We also know his house is directly across the street from a school bus stop. The rest will come out.

Damn...look at the picture of the house...the only way to see in his front room was from the sidewalk in front of the house...not the side of the house ...He followed her to the front room and flashed again. It makes no difference if she was cutting along his side yard or not. Butch

If the kitchen is toward the carport side, and his living room is in the front, his bedrooms are likely upstairs. When I make coffee, I am in the back of my house, once I grab a cup I walk toward the front. I would be naked if I could be, but in my home that is not going to happen. Also, most females I know have blinds, drapes, or curtains. Ok...if the woman is lying then he did not appear at the front window...otherwise the front window cannot be seen from the side yard…now what is so hard to understand about that. There is no speculation about this fact…is there? I don’t have to be there to know what is possible and what is not. Butch

Thank heavens I don’t live in the god old US of A. When the alarm goes I stumble out of bed. I always sleep in the nude. I go for the kitchen and the percolator. When started I head for the loo and do what I need to do. After that I return to the kitchen and get a cup of coffee and light a cigarette. Switch on the telly and slowly start to wake up for real. After this I head for the shower, gets a shave and proceed to get dressed. If someone peeped through my windows and then phoned the cops, they would tell the idiot where to get lost, as I am perfectly entitled to do that in my own home. An example on the laws for nudity comes from our beaches. Unless signposted otherwise all beaches is considered clothes optional. About 1 % of the shoreline in Denmark carries these signposts. Years ago the idea of streaking started in USA. One major daily newspaper decided to try it out in Copenhagen. They hired a young very attractive couple to run naked in the main streets. Obviously had photographers posted to capture the moment. Well after 20 minutes no copper showed up and it was February and sub zero temperatures the journalist in charge decided to get things rolling and phoned the cops and ask what they intended doing about it. The officer in charge gave the following answer: It is not a police matter if some duff heads want to catch a cold!! Well it put an end to that idea. Just wasn’t fun when nobody reacted. On the island of Laesoe it was pretty normal with nude swimming and so forth. In the end the joke became a little too much in as far as the baker for hygienic reason posted a sign “No entry to shop unless dressed in minimum bathing suit”. Nudity in a natural manner never harms the kids. It is the adults reaction to it which harms the kids. If it did, Denmark would have many times the number of traumatized kids than the USA. According to what I know, the case is actually the opposite. Besides this entire story I can only say to. In a country which has severe gang, drug and violence problems, don’t the cops have more pressing problems than something like this? I also remember the French prime minister being handed an old model photo of his wife naked. He took it and looked carefully at it for a while. Then he politely handed it back to the journalist and said: That is nice. Can you send me some copies. LOL. So much for that scandal. But substitute Obama for Sarkozy and it would have been the scandal of the year. I am a great admirer of USA in many regards, but on certain points you guys makes me either shake my head in disbelief or laugh so the tears rolls down my cheeks. Sometimes I believe that the mantra is “We must have standard and that is god, double standards is then double as god”.
