While you may consider me trollish, i have to question the intelligence of anyone who assumes because a certain President was in office, he lightened the load for future Presidents. None of them had a "light" load... nor did any of them have an "easy" time. Based upon what i could find, there was only two years with no terrorists attacks on US soil, 2003 and 2004. Did not take long for them to start back up again. And while there were no us attacks here, there were attacks all over the globe. I never stated Bush caused any of the attacks, or Clinton, or Reagan, or anyone else. Because none of these people can "cause" anyone else to attack.
