Ok, Shoes: I would like to strongly recommend Vibram Five Fingers shoes. I've had a pair of Sprints for a little over a month, and a pair of Performas for about 2 weeks, and I am in LOVE! I wear the Sprints for walking/running/bouldering/rock climbing, and for riding my motorscooter, and I wear the Performas for work, and for hanging out around the house, heading for the mall, and for when I have to do long-distance driving, as well as for Prasara Yoga and Intu-Flow practice. Food: I've escaped the American Breakfast. *chuckles*. Because I'm only eating when I'm hungry now, my food schedule is a bit erratic, and what I eat varies from day to day. This morning, I started my day with raw spinach and nuts and about 4 ounces of slow-cooked brisket. Lunch was a big-ass salad with some chopped fresh ham steak, spinach, avocado, dried cranberry, mushrooms, tomato, sunflower seed, almonds and balsamic vinegar/avocado oil dressing. Dinner is probably going to be mixed spring greens and watercress with salmon... unless I decide to make Paleo Tuna "Noodle" casserole (with soy-free shirataki noodles).
