Yeah its hard to eat that much. Also, try ditching the protein bars for a while and start eating actualy protein of food - not the bars or shakes or powder. The reason i say this is because over the years i have heard that those types of bars can cause stalls and such. If the numbers start moving again and you incorporate the protein back in through bars and powders etc, you will know how they effect you. Also, i know many people don't understand atkins, but the process it uses is actually really smart. It starts you out at very basic and then has you start incorporating TYPES of food back into your overall diet and you are able to see how the certain foods effect you -- many people find nuts causes them to stall or plateau, others find some fruits do etc. Maybe something you are eating is causing your body to have a reaction that effects the numbers.
