Status: offline 		Ohh egg whites and 1 egg yolk -- don't be afraid of fat -- add to it feta cheese and tomatoes and italian seasoning.

Also, take egg whites mix up with some cinnamon and a splash of water, cook in microwave untl the eggs just start to come together, add a dolp of cream cheese and finish microwaving its called a mock danish.

You can also take eggs and add some cinnamon and vanilla and it tastes like french toast -- i usually haev this with some oatmeal and berries.

Also, turnips deepfried taste like french fries -- i have never done this myself but peopel i know swear by same.

Lots of interesting combinations w/the egg whites Angel!
I like mine plain w/some veggies thrown in if available. If not, I'll just put the egg white bet. 2 slices of multigrain toast & be happy!

This AM I had egg white (plain) sammich (2 slices multigrain toast dry), coffee & oj.

Status: offline 		Went to TGIF's last night & had 2 very watered down rum/diet's.
Had a bowl of grapenuts & 1 cup of yogurt w/a few almonds after my workout & before TGIF's.
Only had 2 slices of dry multigrain toast this AM w/coffee. Didn't even want the toast but made myself eat sumpin.

Status: offline 		I had a dream last night that I was my old skinny self & could put my hands around my waist.  Ok, I was never really THAT skinny, but I did have a 22" waist back then. 
Today is a hungry day & I've already eaten a fair amount.  It may have something to do with all the food being turned over to Passover food.  My mind is pretty sure that I will starve to death.

Status: offline 		I have been having problems.  For some reason I am bloating to where my size 24s are tight on me.  My feet are purplish in color and I don't have my sexy legs anymore.  Even my arms are swollen

I will be seeing the doctor tomorrow to see what is happening.  My skin feels taut!
