gained 20 pounds since 1-7. We don't know what is causing it, but the doctor did take several lab tests (bloodsugar is 82 again) to find out WTF is wrong with me.

Yesterday, I weighed another pound less than Friday. I went out to eat with my sister & ate a fairly good-sized meal. Then 2 small pieces of birthday cake & a little sorbet. I was starving by the time I got to her house. Last night I found out that everybody's hungry during Pesach!! I thought it was all in my mind. But I eat & 20 minutes later I wanna eat again. I'm trying to eat more protein, since I can't have bread or my normal whole grain cereals. But I'm still hungry.

I am purposely not going to weigh myself till mid-week now. I've gotten a little obsessed with the scale numbers, I think. My next mini-goal is 210 lbs, which is 20 lbs from now. The least that I have weighed since I took that med is 211, so I want to go below that. Then of course the next goal is 199. I haven't been below 200 lbs since about 1992 or 93, can't remember which.

I really feel that I can do this now & that's a totally different feeling than I've had before. And I'm doing it without diets or supplements or any of the stuff that I relied on before. Just my CM Biggest Loser buddies!!

ETA: Gotta go. My stomach's growling!!

I'm a happy bunny today! Lost 21.5lbs as of tonight, and because of my consistent weight loss my slimming club leader has voted me slimmer of the month - yay!!!

I don't get anything for it except kudos...and the ability to wear my beloved black jeans for the first time in 2 years

Okay i am watching TBL and Victoria -- old contestant voted back in -- was making a huge pan of shrimp, beans, tomatos, and veggies, which se was planning to freeze. Now this looked good, and i could prolly make it

but doesn't shrimp suck when its reheated whether by microwave or skillet?

Probably not, as it's often done that way in the microwave meals and the skillet meals?

If you do this, just make sure to portion it out before you freeze. I forgot to do that with the lamb stew I made and it sort of sucked to have to eat so much of it!!
