So far, I have not found any adverse effect for aspartame except that people with mood disorders should not be drinking it. I want my hands on that study. *admits she is a walking mood disorder*

Boxes & boxes of supplies for Granny came today. This gave me the opportunity to go up & down the stairs multiple times. I think I am actually finally going back down on the scale numbers again. I'll let you all know at the end of the week.

I did my laps around the track last night after 30 minutes of Strength Training.
When I first started walking for distance I did a 15 minute mile (last month).
Last night I did a 11.55 minute mile.

I took a short nap yesterday & when I woke up, I was ravenous!! I had 2 bowls of cereal with plain yogurt. Nothing else before bedtime. I went to bed thinking I wanted to eat more, but went to sleep instead. This am, I am back down to 235. Only 4 lbs to go til I have lost the NINE lbs I put on from Passover & sitting on my dead ass at my sister's for 2 weeks!!!

cannot go to it VP. Mom is in FL visiting my eldest baby brother. got an appt. on the 10th for the colonrectal doctor due to the fissure (colon cancer does run in the family, i lost my favorite uncle to it.).

Besides, this 30 lb weight dain in 2.5 months has me in a depressed stage. I am walking though.

I got some real Coca Cola in glass bottles with actual sugar in it from Costco one time. They make it with real sugar in Mexico. Not great for you, but probably better than the HFCS. You need to read labels carefully, because you would be amazed what foods contain HFSC & other forms of sugars.

I am thinking of getting Diet Rite or Diet RC since they are made with Splenda

People used to get on my ass for drinking tea with sacchin in it...the rat that got cancer from it was force fed 4265 packets of the stuff..LOL!
